I use 70 as the Field of View most of the time in Enscape because this angle slightly exaggerates the space and helps smaller spaces read well while adding a bit of the dramatic.

General to Specific. Old to New. Past to Present (and Future). Be sure to pay attention to two important details: 1) take careful note of the types of camera movements and 2) count the length of time between scenes. ![]() Theres a good reason that Snapchat videos are no more than 10 seconds long. But not to worry - youre unlikely to use this type camera movement in your architectural animations unless your intention is to induce anxiety in your audience.:). Use Enscape Revit Download The ProjectIf youd like to download the project used in this Tips and Trick tutorial, its over here on Dropbox. Give each saved view a meaningful name so you can easily find them in the future. This will help you quickly return to the animation start and end point if the design changes and you need to re-render the scene. I prefer to create starting and ending views while navigating Enscape live. Simply use the Create View function to create your starting and ending views. But rendering at 4k resolution is usually beyond most use cases. Heres the Math: 30 frames per second for a 10 second scene has 300 frames. If youre rendering HD quality and averaging 1 seconds per frame in Enscape the results is a rendering time of 300 seconds or 5 minutes. Thats right: 45 minutes Aint nobody got time for that Rendering 1920x1080 (my preferred) or 1280x720 is usually more than sufficient. On the same hardware and settings, Revit rendered 300 frames at a rate of one frame every 17 seconds, or 5108 seconds. Revit takes nearly 1 hours to do what Enscape does in less than 6 minutes. In the images below, the image on the left is 70 while the image on the right is (the default) 90. Note the sharper angle of the emphasis lines in the image on the right.
